Admissions at Ujyalo Yatra Academy

We welcome parents and students who are looking for a caring and quality learning environment. At Ujyalo Yatra Academy, our admission process is simple, transparent, and child friendly.

Who Can Apply

• Play Group to Grade 5 (Regular School)

• Coaching support for Grades 5–10

Admissions are open throughout the academic year, subject to seat availability.

Admission Process

Step 1: Enquiry & School Visit

Parents can visit the school, call us, or fill out the admission enquiry form. We encourage parents to visit the campus and meet our teachers to understand our learning environment.

Step 2: Student Interaction / Mini Assessment

For students applying above early grades, we conduct a simple and friendly assessment.
This is not an exam. It helps us understand the child’s current learning level, language skills, and basic understanding.

Step 3: Class Placement

Based on the assessment and the child’s age, we guide parents and assign the most suitable class. Our goal is to place each child where they can learn confidently and grow comfortably.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

After class placement, parents complete the admission form and submit required documents. Admission is confirmed once the process is complete.

Documents Required

• Copy of Birth Certificate (for early grades)

• Previous school report card (if applicable)

• Two passport-size photographs
